Customizable tools are built into the app; these tools are designed to make managing personal finances a breeze. For example, the payments tab allows users to create contacts for the people or companies that you regularly pay. From the vet to the electric company, you can set up a contact for just about any business. Once the contact is set up, all you have to do is tap on it and the payment will be sent to them, on time, every time.

Are you someone who occasionally miscalculates their spending budget? If so, Simple has taken the liberty of creating an easy to spot Safe-to-Spend tab. This tab calculates your future earnings, spending, and current balances. It then displays a number that represents the amount of money that you can safely spend, without sinking into the red.

 

Customer Service Made Simple.
All too often when it comes to banking and customer service, users are left sorely disappointed. By the time we get through the pesky automated system we are in no mood to speak kindly to the customer service representative on the other end of the phone line. And don't get us started on submitting help desk tickets, which never seem to be answered in a timely fashion and always seem to offer terrible advice.

Fortunately, Simple has taken a different approach to customer service. The account tab clearly shows where and how you can contact a member of the support team. App users can either submit a ticket or bypass the system by calling a customer support representative directly.
